These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stepora mobile application ("App", "Service"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Stepora is a health and fitness application that allows users to track daily steps and water intake. The app is provided for informational and personal fitness tracking purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and In‑App Purchases

Stepora may offer optional premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases.

• Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.
• We do not store or process payment information directly.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Advertising

The app may display advertisements provided by third‑party advertising networks such as Google AdMob. These services may use device information to display relevant advertisements.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the app you agree:

• Not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the app’s functionality.
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.
• To use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software related to Stepora are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, accurate, or error‑free.

Stepora is not a medical application and should not replace professional medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
